History: Helen was born with her father's beautiful face. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Sage. After a long history of fighting, Helen and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Quillathe fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He prefers to wear green pants and tee shirts. He has moderate length red crest. His eyes are gold and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born to a Priest, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Faran hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: An older man who wears a tight fitting yellow shirt and pants, he is not a threatening figure. He keeps his black hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He has all his life been fascinated with music.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: She is a physically imposing dark-skinned woman. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She wears a colorful flower in her auburn hair. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes illithids are coming to abduct people. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. At some point she was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she wants revenge against illithids

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Volen embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Orcs.

History: She was born in the south. Volen abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she's looking for her big break

Her copper crest is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. This gold eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Findex will drive conversation. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She has all her life been fascinated with music.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Elven companion (her 'brother'). When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
