History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and money/treasure
