History: He was raised in a plains tribe. Mhurren liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Markosian grew up listening to her father's many stories. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
