History: Forcas hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barber responsibilities is difficult; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
