Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. His yellow eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson pastel hat.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. River was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Assassin.
