History: He comes from a rich northern family. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has all her life been fascinated with writing.

History: Hadwisa was born with her father's beautiful face. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Tod alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aramil grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns.
