History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. After coming to the age of reason, Cockaby took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. After a long history of fighting, Cockaby and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This tall, slender man prefers to wear brown pants and tee shirts. His white hair is still thick. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Duergath enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Duergath was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his youth he was a Carter, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He has taken up work as a Navigator and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, and is pretty ugly. She wears her silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her eyes are brown.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. Her eyes are likewise amber. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Paggen was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Performer. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he's looking for his big break

Description: This tall, slender man prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He wears a colorful flower in his black hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Knight. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears yellow robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a hammer, but if one is not available he will default to his warhammer. He wears his red hair up. He has hazel eyes and a yellow hat with a grey feather.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aust grew up listening to his father's many stories. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Being a Locksmith kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tieflings in Vapula's homeland. Vapula decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
