History: She is a Slaad in disguise. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length brown hair. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Valafar will drive conversation. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. At a young age his father died while driving off some illithids. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in flail use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Valafar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has all his life been fascinated with dancing.
History: He comes from a rich northern family. Zepar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Zepar decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After months of barely getting by, Zepar managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: He is content.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her brass crest is knotted and matted. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: She was raised in a forest tribe. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ruloth grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ruloth. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to work out more often

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She struck the Weaver job and began her own company from there.

She carries a battered crossbow and tarnished longbow as well. Her white hair is thinning but still full. Her skin is flawless and her blue eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Layabout.

History: Cloak was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She worked as a nervous Bather and found it very stressful. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bather for the past few years.
