History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: An older woman who is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes., she is not a threatening figure. She has done her best to style her white hair to look like a famous performer. She has violet eyes and a yellow hat with a black feather.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Griselda hails from a village terrorized by brigands. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Pikar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to end his boredom

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has money and likes to spend it

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Ida lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she is content

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

Motivation: To be a Layabout again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His first spouse was a Barkeep, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Stylist for hire.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and wants to open a new tavern
