The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. She worked as a nervous Carpenter and found it very stressful. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Criella was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Raymond. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
