Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Anselm was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: This younger middle-aged man is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft red waves gently in the breeze, and a wedding ring on his right hand. He wears his silver hair down. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born in the east. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Cartwright and was forced into it by her family; and her religion dominates her actions

He prefers to carry a lance, but if one is not available he will default to his sai. He has a auburn handlebar mustache and slicked back auburn hair. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and retire the richest man in the south

History: Rolen was born with his father's beautiful face. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
