History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. The war was a terrible time for her, and Silaqui does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She's also a talented Carter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

After coming to the age of reason, Rangrim took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He uses divination through singing.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Butcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Butcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: 3'4" and muscular, this eastern man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Kelter was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Kelter's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and a rival would like him out of the picture
