Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His black crest is knotted and matted. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Norkruuth is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Spy for hire.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Description: An older woman who wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, she is not a threatening figure. She wears a colorful flower in her black hair. Her brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting goblins, the young Georgina began to lead the lost caravan. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across
History: She is a Lycanthrope in disguise. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Through the years after Trail was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Trail's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Trail and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears tattered old clothes. His moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Jocelyn lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age his mother died while driving off some dire rats. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in scythe use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Jocelyn was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and doesn't want to be a blacksmith and was forced into it by his family

History: Morthos was born the youngest of three triplets. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she is dressed in a clean grey cloak covering her clean studded leather. Her small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. A true patriot, Ida would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Gifted from a young age, Ida studied abroad. Ida was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ida decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.
