Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Joan embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Joan liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Ruler they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Mayor, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
