She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Pyra was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the goblins.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fletcher and was forced into it by her family; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Beggar who has hired him part-time. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Traki grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Traki. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Arjhan was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Cumpen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Cumpen was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Shautha grew up listening to her father's many stories. She found a children's book about a Half-Orc Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Fletcher. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
