Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Crown-heir. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. At some point he was captured by giants and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He's also a talented Sellsword, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair is silver and very short. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He takes great joy in being the best Banker in town.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Banker responsibilities is difficult; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Tricking was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tricking fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the east were limited. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
