Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Chay enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Chay lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. After coming to the age of reason, Jarsali took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: This man has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his brown robe. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized opal on his left hand. His red hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are silver.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times, and he perpetually has his dagger ready. His brown hair is still thick. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: Purban was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Purban fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Gardener kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He is physically well-built. He sports a long auburn beard, and similarly colored long hair. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Orryn was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Orryn decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
