Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He has styled his yellow fur well, parting it to the right. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Kite hails from a village terrorized by illithids. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Kite never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a deep hatred of illithids

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Animal Trainer. He has achieved small success as a Animal Trainer.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Personality: She hates orcs. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.
History: Alice lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Alice was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Gifted from a young age, William studied abroad. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
