History: He was raised in a plains tribe. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: Mord was born the youngest of three triplets. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.

History: Hugolina was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When Hugolina reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she wants revenge against goblins
