History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Nordak alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. A true patriot, Unvera would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. When Mella reached her early adolescence her Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and many orcs want him driven away

This search led her directly into Courier work with an outfit from a few towns over. Courier work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Courier job and began her own company from there.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and retire the richest man in the east
