History: Ea hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Sailor. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Through the years after Left-Handed was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Left-Handed's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
