History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her first spouse was a Navigator, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has worked as a Bather like her mother before her.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with dancing. She constantly tries to fill her life with dancing. Alice is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Alice was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is an amazing painter.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Tiaathque alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Revenge.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she has the majority of her body covered in plate. She has done her best to style her auburn hair to look like a famous performer. She has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Carpenter they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Miller, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Map Maker but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Erdan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-elven people

History: He is a Hag in disguise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he's looking for his big break
