Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Birel's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

History: She got into the Shoemaker business at a young age. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Shoemaker. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He worked as a nervous Beggar and found it very stressful. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He takes great joy in being the best Roofer in town.

History: Cloud was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A freak accident while working with his Dyer father left him crippled. He became a Roofer soon after.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Edge will drive conversation. Edge is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Edge liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north.
