Description: This man stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a suit in poor condition. History: Shifting lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. One day when Shifting was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead. His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Shifting was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Nim was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A gifted student she started as a Brewer, but she got bored and became a Barrister. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She works hard and plays hard.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His silver eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: With yellow face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears suspenders and white workpants. Her shirt is black, and she wears a heavy white leather apron most of the time. Her long golden hair reaches down to her waist. Her blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She got into the Miller business at a young age. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and further expansion of business

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. Thorpe was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fortune-teller. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
