Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Shava was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when she was still a young child. The dire rats captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has achieved small success as a Sage.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A freak accident while working with his Adventurer father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: Hethress lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: She's in love; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is her passion

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He got into the Brewer business at a young age. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Brewer for hire.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and to be a doctor again

History: Agnes was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born into a rich family. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is greedy
