At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Rhogar was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Brewer. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
