Description: 6'0" and muscular, this northern man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting goblins, the young Balam began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins.

Description: He stands about 5'3" and wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His brown hair is still thick. His black eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: He was raised in a island tribe. Nicor liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a hammer and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a black vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His blue leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars. He has a very tight haircut. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Farmer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Jade enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He got into the Tanner business at a young age. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tanner for the past few years.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Frederick lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Frederick liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Her hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. Her green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A freak accident while working with her Miner mother left her crippled. After a long history of fighting, Nurkara and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Architect. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: He was born in the south. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Theriatis took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up falchion and armor he uses now. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Architect for the past few years.
