History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Shane grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Megged was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Courier. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

History: The child of a Servant, who enjoyed hunting, Isabella was taken on many hunting expeditions. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Hatae lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the west were limited. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Uthûg has worked very hard to control his curse. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mayor for the past few years.

Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: This late middle aged woman wears professional attire and is in decent physical shape. Her hair is silver and curly. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Irann was born with her father's beautiful face. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Irann never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
