History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Mûg was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born in the north to a Courier, Shifting learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the north were limited. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Srorthen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
