Personality: This woman loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has never given up on her music dream.

Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Maegan has worked very hard to control her curse. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Luthra embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Zanna grew up listening to her father's many stories. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Right-Handed and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Gormogord was born the youngest of three triplets. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He's also a talented Dyer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Born in the north to a Glassblower, Roger learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has set out to sabotage the competition.
