When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: She got into the Mercenary business at a young age. A freak accident while working with her Interpreter father left her crippled. She's also a talented Interpreter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She takes great joy in being the best Painter in town.

History: Born in the east to a Painter, Nogu learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Eberk was born with his father's beautiful face. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Chad was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gadreel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She was born in the south. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tiefling companion (her 'brother'). She then took over the family business and is one of the better Crown-heir for hire.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and balancing her hectic life and new crown-heir responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she is content
