Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Nija took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor she uses now. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Masseuse born in the past three hundred years. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Salasar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Masseuse. After a long history of fighting, Salasar and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She takes great joy in being the best Animal Trainer in town.

History: Born to a Brewer, her father struggled to pay the bills. Nala liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Animal Trainer for hire.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Spice Merchant. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Oblar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Oblar and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Jade was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Cook. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
