Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Scrag's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Scrag was raised in a hard working conservative environment. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him.
