He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. A gifted student he started as a Bricklayer, but he got bored and became a Sage. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Heskan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Heskan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Trag enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Trag fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: She is a Maurezhi in disguise. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. After a long history of fighting, Quespa and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. After months of barely getting by, Dee managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: Sutha wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and wants to raise her children well
