History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody.
