Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She is wearing a long, tan cloak. Her hair is black and curly. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Bowyer. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Caramip never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: Born in the west to a Dilettante, Alice learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She tends to her Dilettante job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Description: She is a husky woman, who dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a black coat with red slacks. Her white hair is thinning but still full. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her lance, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. She wears a Stetson hat to hide her balding. Her amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

History: Sannl hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature morningstar.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Baern fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are white.
Personality: Zepar wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Interpreter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the north were limited. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of brigands
