Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Hobart was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Hobart's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Hobart and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She now owns her own business.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Description: She is in excellent shape and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her chestnut hair is matted, messy, and big. Her fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Description: This dark-skinned female has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her white robe. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady violet eyes.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Nurkara was born the youngest of three triplets. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.
Motivation: To unite with her sister; and doesn't want to be a sage and was forced into it by her family

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. Jasmine was born on a far southern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Stylist. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nagrette fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: This man stands a little under 6'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is typically in his Architect uniform. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His gold eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Born in the east to a Architect, Shedinn learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Shedinn took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up monstrous two handed axe and armor he uses now. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Architect for hire.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he seems to be bored by most things

He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His brown hair is greasy and uncared for. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nutae grew up listening to his father's many stories. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
