Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Nelkin will drive conversation. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Through the years after Nelkin was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Nelkin's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She struck the Soapmaker job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

History: Symma hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Symma alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She now owns her own business.
