History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Farideh reached her early adolescence her Dragonborn father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Whurbin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Richard was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
