History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gimble embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gimble was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her childhood dream was to be a Carter, but she was a colossal failure. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and wants her loneliness to end

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now owns his own business.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and to prove her worth to the world
