History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: This man stands a little under 3'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. Ortegar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ortegar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has worked as a Painter like his father before him.
