History: Tippletoe was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Tippletoe never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
