History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is a Spy first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Rurik hails from a village terrorized by giants. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is typically in his Sage uniform. His hair is cut close to his head. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Skak was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sage. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sage for the past few years.

Description: Standing 6'7", this man does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His copper crest is braided into rings. His red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Dazzazn was born with his mother's beautiful face. Dazzazn was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Dazzazn decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Mason work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mason work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She tends to her Mason job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mason responsibilities is difficult.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order.
