Personality: She hates brigands. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: River hails from a village terrorized by brigands. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. History: Callie hails from a village terrorized by giants. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it.
