History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Astaro grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. A gifted student she started as a Locksmith, but she got bored and became a Hunter. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has achieved small success as a Brewer.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and balancing her hectic life and new brewer responsibilities is difficult
