Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
