History: Vepar was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

She carries with her a set of kukris, each one with a topaz on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roywyn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Art is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Art was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her childhood dream was to be a Baker, but she was a colossal failure. She now owns her own business.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He bought a falchion and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
