Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is cautious and jumpy. History: Born to a Miner, her father struggled to pay the bills. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: Wobbles hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Wobbles alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a Crown-heir, her father struggled to pay the bills. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and revenge

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Pirithin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.
