History: Born to a Layabout, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Baker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Baker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Baker for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Baker responsibilities is difficult.

Description: An older woman who wears skinny pants and wears a tan and brown robe with the hood down, she is not a threatening figure. Her chestnut hair is wavy and long. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. Siffress was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Siffress decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Laborer. She became a Laborer soon after.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Tordek has worked very hard to control his curse. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tordek fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and wants his loneliness to end

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Being a Roofer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. The war was a terrible time for him, and Berrian does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gifted student he started as a Dilettante, but he got bored and became a Server. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
