History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He became a Shipwright soon after.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
